I Have the Light Inside, Surrounded by Darkness

My only other idea for escaping this planet and the body is what i read about how hospices basically help people die... by Dehydration.

There's not really any eating either (especially since food can have water in it) but from all that i read, someone could starve for months and not die if they continue drinking water.

i also read that if someone just uses a tiny bit of moisture on their dry lips or spray a bit of water in their mouth it's okay. Everything i read basically indicates it takes an average of 6 days but that after day 2 suddenly the body shifts and hunger pains fade, although energy to get out of bed fluctuates the first 4 days. Supposedly around day 5 they feel at peace and sleepy. Some die on day 6 or 7, many take 9 days.

But only a rare few get to day 10 with almost no water (& no food). So i think if someone can deal with the first 2-3 days of hunger headaches etc that everything after day 3 gets easier?

I'm curious what you all think?

i'm trying to decide if i should try drowning in a bathtub, dehydration, or a generator for CO. Maybe i will start by trying the dehydration since supposedly that's the most peaceful but it sure would take a while.

Any thoughts? :halo:

Unfortunately, it's not peaceful outside of hospice. They are able to offer palliative care and give the patient meds to keep them comfortable. Check out this thread for more info: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/starvation-suicide.22692/

From what I've heard this method is meant to be pretty painful and the instinct to have a drink is very hard to fight. People who are dying in a hospice would have a much lesser need for water and medication to ease symptoms so it would be much easier than it would be for you.

It's how Noa Pothoven suicided... not my first method but it's my "worst case scenario" method if I can't get SN or find a location to hang. I figure if life is that bad you can get through it.

I'm considering this method, since my starvation method didn't actually work, I'm doing some research on it, and I may start it tomorrow!!! And people will say it's painful and you can't fight the thirst or hunger temptation, that's BS your body will lose interest in food or water after the 3 or 4th day of fasting, I started it off as a diet and the first days were painful, in the third day I kept thinking about food like crazy, food food food food was all I could think of, I thought it's gonna be always like that, but fortunately I won that day, I eat very little, after that everything gets easier, now I'm eating less than 400 calories per day.
And for your other choice "drowning" this is my biggest fear! I didn't know that anyone could chose this as way to CTB, anyway good luck to you! Wish you painless safe way to go ❤️
Sorry for my English and my long reply.

I'm wondering if this will work. I haven't eaten or drink anything for over 24 hours. Because of how fucked up I feel right now, I don't even feel much hungry or thirty. Maybe I could have the strength to endure a slight stomach ache I have right now. I hope this will kill me

Even water you lose interest in? Don't your lips crack and stuff?
