I Have the Light Inside, Surrounded by Darkness

My only other idea for escaping this planet and the body is what i read about how hospices basically help people die... by Dehydration.
There's not really any eating either (especially since food can have water in it) but from all that i read, someone could starve for months and not die if they continue drinking water.
i also read that if someone just uses a tiny bit of moisture on their dry lips or spray a bit of water in their mouth it's okay. Everything i read basically indicates it takes an average of 6 days but that after day 2 suddenly the body shifts and hunger pains fade, although energy to get out of bed fluctuates the first 4 days. Supposedly around day 5 they feel at peace and sleepy. Some die on day 6 or 7, many take 9 days.
But only a rare few get to day 10 with almost no water (& no food). So i think if someone can deal with the first 2-3 days of hunger headaches etc that everything after day 3 gets easier?
I'm curious what you all think?
i'm trying to decide if i should try drowning in a bathtub, dehydration, or a generator for CO. Maybe i will start by trying the dehydration since supposedly that's the most peaceful but it sure would take a while.
Any thoughts?
