  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Yes, death is amazing!
I hope there's no weird reincarnation or something like that, though.

I agree. Thank heavens there's at least way out of this hellish labyrinth. Fuck knows what I'd do if we were here to stay.

Yes, I can relate. I dream of dying, falling into a deep eternal sleep free from the prison of consciousness. All of life is just so meaningless in comparison to the vast expanse of death.

I wish I felt that way. My life is an ugly he'll. Its my own fault. But dying? I'd rather have a decent life.
I was deep in suicidal ideation many years ago; I had never known such he'll. One who loved me saved me. I came back, had hopes for life. Now she is gone and I must reluctantly embrace death. This life is shit.

Death is freedom. Freedom from all the pain and suffering this world has to offer. That is a freedom I would gladly accept.

Dont fall for this meme; death is awful and should only be seen as a final resort if life is worse than death. You wont even know that you are "liberated" once youre gone and its a one way street, no going back.

As someone who follows the nondual philosophy of Advaita Vedanta, I don't believe that death necessarily liberates us from the suffering that drives us to suicidal thoughts. When the body dies, that pain may linger as a residue or an echo as our awareness unravels and rejoins infinite consciousness. Just as when we dream in sleep, waking anxiety may pervade our dreams in the form of nightmares.

When our awareness precipitates again into a new mind, that pain may linger until it can be resolved.

At least that is my view.
