Just a Month ago, a near neighbour died of cancer. He was relatively young. In life, his wife would nag him. I could hear the screaming when he didn't ' do something right'. Now he's gone and she is alone, with no-one to bully.

On his funeral day enroute to rhe crem, the hearse drove around the avenue, parading his corpse in a coffin in some grotesque fashion.

i was just walking along the pavement, witnessing the crocodile tears and other relatives crying politely. And yet i also saw people laughing in another car.

The point of my little story is this: Some people in life are just little hypocrites. They laugh and scream at you in life but cry politely in death. Its such a sham sometimes. Funerals are for the living, not the dead and thats why im not having one!.

It is true that people are hypocrites. I see people as being selfish anyway, many only care about what directly affects themselves. I have always disliked the idea of funerals. I would rather just be forgotten about. Thank you for this post.
