Dealing with involuntary sounds, partial suspension

I tried partial suspension, I remember some involuntary sounds, I am afraid neighbours will know. Any suggestions please . Shall I close mouth with a cloth

You live in a house or an apartment? If you live in a house I would think there would be a greater distance between your and their house. Not like an apartment with thin walls. You may just be paranoid, I really don't think they will hear the involuntary noises (assuming you make the same noises I have heard victims make in hanging videos) I would be afraid that the cloth would drop out of your mouth. Just use strong duct tape.

Turn on a tv or blast music. Same problem if sex sounds are too loud.
