My ctb date is November 5. I'm preparing to ctb and i will wipe everything on my laptop and phone. Hope i succeed this method cause i tried to press my neck with cornhole bags and didn't pass out. Endless ratchet and gorilla tape may help

Remember to do a few test runs if you haven't already so that you can smoothly go through the motions when it's finally time to CTB.

This method is becoming popular here. Maybe I should try it instead of partial suspension, if my N doesn't arrive. I'll start looking into the materials (not sure where I can get them in my country, but I have time for research.)
