I have about 4 months before I'm left alone in an abusive household. I don't think that I can get my shit together in that time. I've been a shut in for too long.
I will try starving starting now. Will update thread.

Im just restricting for now. Im going to lose as much weight as i can.
I feel powerless and alone. My brain is not doing well.
The loneliness is intense.
