The definition of "best" is tricky. It is usually individual and often changes.
Suicide is a choice, but is one that excludes all others. As long as there are other possibilities with which you can experiment, it might be "best" to explore what those possibilities may be.
Also seeking out advice from others may reveal possibilities of which you were not aware.
Only you know what is the best option for yourself. Of course, in my case I prefer the option of death as I will never have to experience anything ever again and it is freedom from existence. If I had doubts about this though, I would maybe wait and see what happens but the decision is yours.
Staying alife is most important - you or someone you love. Everything else like trust, frienship, people, courage, do the right thing is totally irrelevant when it's about time to make desigion.
I really do say alot "over my death body", and i mean it, but it's a very hard way to come over.
