Days are becoming hell

Well, the last few days have been just hell, my dr prescribed something new for sleep and I managed to get a bit more sleep but definitely not enough. Im just lost right now, the stress of working in sales has been huge and lately it has been showing up in my appearance and I look really sick.
My hair has been falling out like crazy, I'm barely hanging on, my dad is really sick and I was holding on till he passed before I ctb but this is just becoming a nightmare. Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated

You need some time out, really. Can't you take sick leave? Depends which country you are in, but, seriously, you need a breather, and a long one as it sounds.

Just be positive! Lol, kidding. Yeah, sick leave sounds good. I don't think I can hold on much longer at work either and my job is freaking easy!
