Sure ! I will share my instructions. I am cutting myself for 6 years, but it was way more often in the past. I'm just buying a razor, hydrogen peroxide and a piece of cotton. Be sure to apply some antiseptic on your razor first (just in case), then roll up jeans and make a few cuts on the upper side of your leg. You can make a few "soft" long cuts or just one slow and deep (carefull, this might leave an open wound and it'll take ages to make it heal. I once did it). I prefer "soft" ones. Once you start bleeding, apply some hydrogen peroxide and you'll experience a gentle warmth on your cuts (this feeling is my favorite). Sit and relax a bit, wait till the blood flow ends and apply some antiseptic on your scars and wipe it with cotton. You will feel some pleasant (at least for me) pain later. Be sure to use a bandage on your cutted area, as it will bleed once more for the next day or two. This is important because your jeans will be soaked with blood in case you don't use a bandage ! I forgot about that 2 times and even had to work with crimson spot on my jeans (luckly nobody saw it and it actually looked like i rubbed a brick with my leg by accident (the spot had the same color) Your scars will start itching after 7-8 days after cutting. This is totally okay and there is no need to panic, this means the healing process is going on. You may scratch it as long as you wish. And a small hint for you : in order to make your scars recover faster, buy and drink pomegranate juice, it will also speed up your overall blood regeneration. Hope my instruction will help you. Take care !
