Hey, I know it's a bit straightforward - but I have tried last year to cut my thorat/neck with glass, it didn't work and instead I got a scar on my back of my neck. I don't really have a way to painlessly kill myself since I don't have the money for drugs, will it be more effective if I cut my neck under my ears (Basically, where you put two fingers you can hear your heart beat)? Sorry if I am being vauge or unintelligible with my description. If not is there a better way?

Cutting almost never works. Its ineffective and prone to permanent scars. It is not a recommended method.

Absolutely don't recommend this. Chance of success is very low (unless you're an expert). Most likely will result to irreversible damage. It's definitely painful, bloody, messy and also very traumatic if seen by others.

There are many methods to ctb, like beheading by train, jumping by a really tall building or by hanging.

It's not painful (to me at least), but you are right that it doesn't work

And traumatic by others? I'll say that people called me a retard for doing that, so no.

It's already dangerous if you know the exact point where to cut, so I don't sudjest because there is a large probability to just damage yourself permanently.

It didn't hurt when you cut the back of your neck?? What was the aftermath like?

It left a small/medium sized scar on my back of my neck, I didn't feel the pain because the depression was stronger than the pain, believe it or not

I don't think it's a good idea to cut without knowing exactly what you're doing

There is a close train next to my house, I will consider it.
Beheading by train is impossible with the modern trains. They have covers in front of the wheels in order to push away any trash from the railway. So the wheels themself won't even reach your neck. I don't know if you have seen videos of people doing ctb by train but you see their body spinning around instead of them getting sliced.

Unless you live somewhere with 30+ years old trains then I wouldn't do it.

That sucks.
I'll try hanging then.
Actually I don't think hanging would help either way..
