how successful is shallow water blackout in a bathtub? i'm concerned about thrashing around while unconscious under the water. would something like binding or sleeping pills make it easier?
the only other methods i have access to would be partial suspension and train, and i'm a bit apprehensive to do those two for various reasons. :(
