Method CTB w/ Sn Today ~6PM EST - What Should I Keep In Mind

I've already read the SN Bible post and PPH, just wanna know if there are any other tips to keep in mind. I wanna do this right and avoid pain. Im just gonna do the PPH stat dose but take the benzos around 10 min before the SN. I'm also gonna do it in the wilderness if you have tips for that.
