Im probably CTB today. What can i do for the rest of the day? I have everything planned but not what i do for the day. Does somebody have an Idea?

What is your method?
SN has a rather lengthy protocol that should keep you busy most of the day.
I think that you should make it a normal day.
If you feel you need to say goodbye to some people, now is the time.
But, the best advice I can give you is follow a normal routine - it will relieve anxietty.
I'm not the best person to ask, because I have never made an actual attempt - and my near attempts were entirely impulsive.
It seems that you have thought this through somewhat.
So, just be you.
If you want to talk, myself and others will be around.
That might be a good way to spend the day.
