How do I self ban? Is it the same as "disable account"?
I'm CTBing really soon so advice would be great.

Believe there was a post by the admin last month that the only option now is to disable the account and the user will have like 1-2 days to revive the account before it is permanently banned. I don't think the admins entertain the request of unbanning users anymore after the new changes came in effect.

I hope you have given a lot of thought into what you're doing. Don't feel pressured please.

I have tried unfortunately everything makes me 1000x worse, even benzos now.

More and more just keeps piling on top, and there's no way around it now - too far gone.

I am now self banning and getting my last affairs in order, it will take me a day I believe, take care everyone.
