Hey, I hope you're not suffering too much.

I have to wait as well albeit for different reasons, but I've come to view it as an opportunity to tie up loose ends, of which there's bucket loads. I'm not trying to belittle the anxiety that comes with having to wait, but maybe just put a positive spin on it... This could well be your last chance to do or say things, it'd be a shame to not use it.
