Help Ctb for the poor

My families extremely poor like borderline homeless I have 0 dollar to my name, is there any methods that are tolerable in pain that don't cost money? Or is my only option jumping? If it is, could someone clarify how I high I'd need to jump from to guarantee I'd have zero chance of survival? I have no interest in being paralyzed.

I've looked over a couple times now and don't see a thread pertaining to jumping am I just blind or is there not one? By basic research did you mean on suicide in general cause that's rude and pretentious as I have, but none that were accessible seemed more appealing than jumping to me, and I was asking if I had any oversights.

It's ironic that society doesn't allow suicide for poor people when society is very clear that it wants the poor to die anyway. It's all cruelty and torture and punishment for existing while poor.
