Been researching full suspension as an alternative if I can't complete my chosen method (jumping). Which one seems better for an anchor point? The hook says it's rotatable which I don't know if it would change the effectiveness when you are having involuntary movements but I couldn't find a heavy duty hook that wasn't rotatable. The second pic is not mine but is just an example of the first anchor point. I was going to lie to my dad that I'm getting it for room decorating and hanging up wind chimes or potted plants. I'm going to purchase some rope to practice but I already know how to do the noose knot. Any rope buying recommendations? Photo attached below of my ceiling. IMG 0248

the part about telling your dad it's for wind chimes or potted plants is so heartbreaking </3 you should tell him what it's really for

The fixings themselves look good but you'd have to find a joist to screw into. Would be useless just screwed into plasterboard.

Do you have any alternate locations with "permanent" anchor points?

I see what you're saying. I don't have any anchor points around my house, unfortunately. This is so fucking frustrating lmao.
