Covid blues

Anyone struggles worse with covid.. with my job as a icu sister I saw so many ppl die ( this is not a new issue I've seen ppl die many times), but these are young, healthy ppl that walked into a hospital, no family contact as all hospitals were shut and they die in the worst way.. I feel such such guilt for the families I hope they know we tried so hard!
Really making my irrational thoughts and paralysing exhaustion worse

i'm not too bad, sleep has been worse not sure if it's related, i admire you in your line of work i don't how u do it. covid blues are definitely effecting my mother and brother.

I'm Uk, we were given support in form of phycologists, who likened the covid deaths and guilt to a mountain that needs assessing if the mountain is worth dying for?? Not sure that was a great comparisons

Ive seen a lot of comments recently from forum members who wish they had covid, so it kills them. please guys don't! the death from the infection is the most horryfying one. as someone who's slowly dying from the similar infection I can assure you, it's not peacefull at all! it could be weeks of agony before you're gone, so please stay healthy. at least this way you have control over your life

I agree.. my life and what I have seen professionally- including long term illnesses that only can receive palliative care are torturous

Yeah i dont want to die from covid19. but the economic and mental toll this taking on me is a factoring reason why I want to ctb

I am so so sorry, I honestly cannot even imagine. Stay safe please You are so strong and thank you for being on the frontlines for us! (Esp us immune compromised!)
