Tried to get help of mental health services they just pushed me to my edge and made me feel worse so am gunna go with sn method i have planned this out


Not a goodbye thread) So, as I approach the last few days of 'this life', I feel calm and ready.
I hope I can go through with it, my time has nearly come.

How is everybody else??

I am sorry you were pushed to this decision but please don't rush it. Don't let anyone else be your reason to CTB. Do you want to maybe vent about your experience with the mental health services. Maybe rethink your decision?
