It's an idea I read from another thread on here, I gave it some thought. Suspension hanging is definitely better than partial of course because at least with suspension you can't get out of it when unconscious.

Still a risk though, and if it isn't done properly ( carotid arteries compressed ) then you'll have a slow asphyxiation over the course of several minutes that you can't get out of.

I'm 5'5, getting a pull up bar tall enough for me to hang off the ground shouldn't be difficult right?

considering the height of a ceiling this owuld meen that the noose to be literaly on top of the bar i presume?
I dont know what 5'5 is since i talk in meter but even if you're a shorty, you cant put the bar directly on the ceiling
