Guys just passedby a chemicals shop in my country and as I asked whether they sell SN was given this..I may need to buy another sn for peace of mind ..so tell me can this be legit SN

I've read that 97 % is okay but don't take my word for it. Also please read the rules I know India might not care about clamping down on sourcing compared to western countries but mark out the company's name or take out the picture altogether.
