Would these attachments on the car garage be sturdy enough for anchor point for FSH?

On a closed door, a hinge should support a couple hundred pounds of downward force.
On an open door, you rely on the strength of the door panels and mounting screws. They are not designed for carrying a load like this.

Could I use it as an anchor point with the door closed? The doors in the house are old and flimsy and I don't really have any other options. Unless I go out and find a tree or something.

Just to add to this, garage doors, at least all the ones i've seen, are made of sheet metal and styrofoam. That's the kind that it looks like in the picture. so the hinges will likely rip out if pulled in the wrong direction.
some questions that I'm not looking for an answer to, but to think about.
How are you going to wrap a rope around the hinge, is there enough room for a rope? Can you tie multiple ropes together and make a web that connects to mutiple hinges? Is that a sturdy beam in the back holding up that red ice chest in the back? (Not hinting at anything, just curious *wink*)

No you'd definitely fall , you need something a lot stronger to hold you up.

You're right. I didn't think about all those things. It's actually a shell not a beam unfortunately.

unfortunate about it being a shell, not a beam. I hope I didn't come off as too discouraging.

Sorry I meant shelf. That was a typo. You didn't come off as discouraging at all. I appreciate your input.
