Agonal breathing, death rattle or whatever that would make weird noises after taking SN

Would lying on my side make less noises than lying face up?

I think we snore more on our backs so- maybe but then, I'm not sure it's actually preventable as the body starts to shut down. Seeing as SN starves the body of oxygen, I would have thought difficult/ laboured breathing would happen at the end.

But, I think they recommend lying on the right and slightly upright to take SN anyway. I imagine we may move about though as the process takes effect. I don't know really.

Is there any particular reason lying on the "right" is preferred rather than left?

I think because the opening into the large intestine is on the right side of the stomach so- to try to get the solution to drain into it quicker.

I've heard people say lying on the left reduces acid reflux though so, I think there's some debate.
