Help Convulsions

Does anyone know how loud convulsions can get? I plan on doing partial but I'm never home alone. I don't think if I thrash around anyone will hear it but do you make like noises with your mouth or anything. I've been trying to find videos of people doing partial but I can't find any.

It can be pretty noisy. There are choking and gasping sounds and the convulsions are quite noisy.

Also wondered this for self ligature strangulation method... would convulsions be noisy in bed, lying down? Also are you aware/what do you feel (if anything) during convulsions?
