Hi all, new account but I've been browsing for some time. Love and respect to all of you, and I hope that you can find the peace you deserve either by holding on, or letting go.

I'll get straight to the point, Im an chronic pain patient and I'm considering using opiates to CTB (Percocet if it makes a difference, so active opiate would be oxycodone). As a long term opiate user for medical reasons I'm sure my tolerance is higher than normal but I can find no resources about how to calculate a ctb dosage when already accustomed to the drug.
Additionally I'm concerned about vomiting, I have 8 or 10 doses of ondansetron but I'm unsure if it would do the job to help keep the pills down. If anyone knows more about ondansetron as an anti-emetic id appreciate it.

I know if I just downed a fresh bottle from the pharmacist in total, it would probably do the trick as it would be about 800mg of oxycodone, but as this medication is absolutely necessary if I'm still breathing, I can't afford the chance that it won't work.

I'm also concerned about the ramifications of taking that much acetaminophen in one go as it may, by itself, cause vomiting, or very serious complications with my organs leading to undesirable pain and suffering if it fails, or even as it's succeeding. I've heard cold water extraction can help to separate the opiates from the acetaminophen, but then I'd be concerned about the oxycodone dose being accurate.

Any advice?

I've read the non-method thread, but to be clear I'm not using the acetaminophen to CTB, it's just along for the ride, it would be the oxycodone itself. If that's not what you meant, I'm afraid I don't understand.

Yes, percocets are oxycodone and acetaminophen together.

Your options seem to be
1. stock up on enough perc and oxy that you have some remaining in case your attempt fails
2. find other opiates for CTB
3. find another method

Wish you the best and welcome to the forum :)

That's kind of my problem, I'm trying to determine the correct CTB dosage for someone who is already a long term opiate patient.
