Completely Pointless Trying To Make Friends With People Anymore

So, I made numerous attempts since everything went sour this year to connect with someone, honestly, anyone. Just needed a friend. But maybe I am too fucked up, I dunno.

Either people just lose interest, stop talking altogether or talk less and less. And when they do, I say certain things they get triggered and get mad or upset and stop talking. Then I get yelled at for not understanding.

I'm through with people period. Not one single person gives two flying fucks about me or what I have to say unless I am saying something they want to hear or care about. Why I just stopped communicating here or anywhere else altogether. Nobody gives a flying fuck. So, neither do I. Ya all can respond or not. It really doesn't matter. I'm doing this more to vent for my benefit. Thank God I only have 3 more weeks to live. I am beyond my limits with patience and understanding people. It doesn't work anyways. Everyone is so self absorbed and opinionated nowadays that not existing is a much, much better option than struggling to find someone ANYONE who truly gives a fuck other than some platitudes and sympathetic words. Community is fucking dead unless you're "popular". Well guess what? I ain't and I am personally sick and fucking tired of being thrown away like fucking trash. Fuck every single human being alive. Myself included. You all won't have to deal with my whiny fucking ass much longer anyways so just hold out a bit longer. My time is up real fucking soon. Like anyone actually truly cares anyways.

i really like this post and i can relate very well to this. it's sad but if i see it right, every relationship is kind of transactional, if you got some talent or whatever people want to have, they will want you.
if you're depressed or in pain, most people will run away since they don't really gain anything.. at least that's how i see it currently, it's sad that the biggest factors that contribute for having a fulfilled life are beyond our control somehow..

I completely understand. I've felt the same way for a long time. I have trouble with social interaction and it usually feels like people only talk to me if they want to manipulate or use me. It hurts because of course I'm not perfect but I really try to be nice and not to judge people.

The real problem is how many humans there are to choose from. People can afford to be selective, and drift from one person to another depending on their mood or preferences; especially online.

You have to kidnap someone, strap them to a chair, and scream, "BE MY FRIEND!!!" for the best results.

I cannot stand people personally, I choose to stay away. People are all selfish though, they only care if it directly affects themselves in some way. People can be quite cruel as well. I tend to always expect the worst out of people. I hope you find peace.

And even if temporary communication exists, it will just fade away since you know, we're depressed. Being in contact with people is a legit task
