Combining pain meds before drinking SN a bad idea?

I will be taking meto at least two days before taking my SN. I managed to get codeine recently and was wondering if I could use that an hour before I take SN in replacement for any ibuprofen. Is it best to take both codiene and ibuprofen or just the stronger of the two as my pain med? I don't plan to Ctb until I finish a few things before March.

Is best to keep it simple and go the route as described in the protocol. Adding meds increases vomiting risk.

that's true, I don't want to over do it with the pain meds but I'm not sure which would be better? I'd rather take the codeine instead
