Combing methods?

I know it sounds silly but hear me out. Since no method is a 100% what if we combine them. For instance, take sn deep in the ocean and then shoot yourself in the head. If you don't die from sn or gunshot then you just drown. Just a thought haha

somtimes it can lower the affect and somtimes it can raise the chance of success it depends on methods and what can go wrong and they effect each other
