Codeine overdose

Iv just taken some anti sickness pills then 40×15mg of codeine with alcohol 20 minutes ago and now I'm feeling incredibly tired and sleepy. Really hope i drift off without waking up.

Yeah I changed my mind as someone in the family died of cancer this morning and couldn't go through with it.

Codeine is definitely not as strong as hydrocodone, oxycodone, morphine or let alone fentanyl. It is a bad situation when you may only have a lower-strenght drug available though.

There is nothing they can do to reverse the effects, no antidote etc. If I got here sooner they could of pumped my stomach. It's in God's hands now if I survive and if I do I am likely to have severe liver damage. Its dawning on me what I have done. I did take a whole bottle of cyclizine hydrochloride too. I also suffer from a lot of health issues which makes the above even more deadlier.

Cyclizine is another Antihistamine. Even though you've taken them with 600mg of Codeine you won't die. Sadly you may think. A good sleep you'll have and shivers. I don't know if it's allowed but maybe next time combine this very attempt with partial hanging method.

Sorry you are in this predicament.

Its too late now but just know as an FYI that the pharma industry has made it near impossible to suicide with a majority of prescription medicines, much less OTC drugs.

It sucks when it gets messy :: I pray you a speedy recovery (icu recovery is like one of the rings of hell for me..but you will get thru it....
