Method CO?

I have bought SN but not sure if I can handle it because or headaches and nausea. But I know that CO is painless and make you loose consciousness slowly.
I have a plan on how to get it, but I don't know if it will work. What about taking charcoal and burning it in a closed room? I am not sure if makes sense, but that is what I might end up trying.

However failing CO is very dangerous, may cause nausea and headaches if CO levels are not high enough, and may leave you alive but with brain and organ damage. It requires careful planning and testing.
Not trying to say what is best but rather say that each method has advantages and disadvantages.

thank you for the information, i only look it up later that there was an thread on CO
it does seems way more dangerous, i dont feel like making measurments of a room or checking the quality of the charcoal
perhaps SN is better for me

yes you need to research in order to properly CTB, its painful what ever you choose.
no easy way out of here unfortunately.
