I now have almost all information and materialsI I need on CO and just a few last questions.

Do I need to fast for any period of time or can I scarf some pizza down just before CTB?

From what I've read Grill Charcoal is fine. I want to be sure just like SN needs to be 95% or better is it the same for charcoal and what you get?

When the day comes how do I get my account completely erased? Not yet, but I want to know before then. I don't want to leave anything other then My reason for "them" to pick up on….

You don't need to fast. I wouldn't drink alcohol. Perhaps only light sedatives but maybe not even this.

The purer the coal the better, lump charcoal is said to be the best as it has no unwanted additives, briquettes may consist not only of charcoal and therefore could produce more unwanted emissions, though they still produce CO.

You can close oyur account here in your account settings or it will be closed after successful CTB when you post a "Goodbye Thread". Regarding your personal digital devices you should look into "destructional format" methods for harddrives and how to reset smart phones safely so it's difficult to impossible to recover data from them.

Factory reset your devices.

Most message apps are E2E encrypted now so that's all good.

No one will look to hard or care anyway, unless there is something suspicious going on.

Buy a high quality lump coal in pieces as evenly sized as possible. I would even use two BBQ each with the required amount of coal.
No, you don´t have to fast, but as already said, no alcohol.

You know at first I was worried if I might be interrupted and brought back…the more I thought about it, I am alone every day. No one calls except people trying to sell me things and if I don't answer peoples texts at all or right away they still don't care or get worried. It's no wonder that I want to CTB. I just need the last part to show up so I can hurry up and leave…this is no life for anyone. A lot of other things have happened before this, but I've always fought alone and I am always put in situations of trauma or lots of hurt. Like I'm not supposed to be here anyways. I tried a VA suicide hotline and they wanted to send me to this group for counseling and probably more pills. I've already got counseling so what point was my call. What help is actually out there? People go to rehab again and again. You can blame it on the person, but their has to be a better way….
