I'm worried about buildings not being high enough, I can't travel easily because my family are already on alert and I'd be tracked down. There is a crane near me, the problem will be if there's security and it's likely walled off. I really need to end it very soon and I don't know how, I'm in huge amounts of physical and mental pain.

I do get that it's awful feeling so trapped, we really shouldn't have to struggle so much in leaving this life behind. I hate this world that is so focused on prolonging the torment of others rather than respecting their decisions to be free from everything. That really does sound like a difficult situation to be in, but I hope that you find what you wish for.
