I'll go straight to the point: I'm sick and tired of being a drone and living a non-life while Chad and Stacy live for real. Everything I did to try and improve my situation ended up with failure or worsening it even more. There was no light at the end of the tunnel.
I kind of feel that the moment has come, and I decided to use the good old short hanging from a tree (with full or partial suspension) due to logistic issues with other methods.

What am I supposed to expect? Will I feel particular pain or discomfort? And for how much time? How do I optimize the variables to suffer as little as possible?

Hi, I'm a new member and this is my first post

Me being someone whose attempted partial hanging l will tell you my experience, I drank a lot of alcohol (cider, whiskey) listened to some music, went into the garage and tied up the rope, put pressure onto it and I passed out, it felt peaceful I don't remember passing out, all I remember is waking up on the floor as the rope snapped with a headache where I hit the floor, before I woke up I remember seeing flashes of my life very quickly. But no pain.

I mean ,if you do it right ,its gonna be very quick and ,almost painless from what I have seen and read about it.
1 .Select a good rope that will hold your weight.
2 . Tie it off correctly to the tree branch.
3 . Use a slipknot on other end when putting on your neck.
4 . Seems most important . Position the noose above the Adams apple . The knot will be at the back. Having the pressure above Adams apple crushes the carotid arteries giving instant unconscious.

But don't take my word ,there's loads of info and videos on here .Do your own research .

I did my research mainly on lostallhope and, due to maybe English not being my native language, I failed to grasp some concepts. The noose is the knot or the rope underneath? Because the meaning changes drastically. I've read of positioning the knot to the left or to the right to apply more pressure on the carotid artery (right I think)

No wait, I got it: the noose is the knot. So basically I have to "reverse-hang"?

Look at the video of slipknot . The noose is the circle of rope .The knot is where it is tied at the end . Imagine your head in that .The knot will be either at the back or side I doubt it matters

if you prefer you can drink alcohol to be less inhibited or benzos to calm anxiety, I guess that way is easier.
She got unconscious real fast, it's a great method, if no one interrupts you or cuts the rope and if the rope is strong enough, once you went unconscious it's probably fail-proof

It looked so easy, if/when shit hits the fan more so then it already has, I'll probably use the partial suspension method. There is vodka in my house and I got the perfect place for it. In the meantime I will try to enjoy some happy moments in my life but I honestly think I will end up CTB in the near future.

Yup, that's gonna be my spot. I already tested it and the way I had it seemed very secure. I am actual at least somewhat confident in this method.

Edit- it is still scary to even think about it. At this point I'm not so much worried that it will fail but I'm worried about what it will cause the people around me.

Would you suggest leaning forward like the girl did in the demonstration video or do you think there is a better position?
I leaned forward 3-5 seconds I was out

He's got a good set up in the video. Reminds me of choke collar and a leash.. wonder if that would work. Some psychos have hung dogs that way to murder them.

I have a belt that in practice will probably be just like using whatever was used in that demostration. It's like the same size and everything. It probably is a decent alternative to a rope.

Sadly I don't have a garage and one of those metal hanging spots (I can't recall the name) but just close to my house I have a little place filled with trees. The hard thing will be fixing the rope correctly, everything else actually seems to be easier than I thought. I still give myself a month to go, I have stuff to do. Sadly in my country guns are unaccessible legally, otherwise I'd have a much easier way out.

Something I haven't considered is that in the place I just mentioned people come, not at a regular pace but sometimes during the day. Moderate risk of being spotted and stopped.

Have you ever considered closing a rope or whatever you use on a door? I tested it with my belt and I pulled down with as much must strength and body weight as I could and it still stayed perfectly in the door. So it should have been more than good enough to hold whatever weight it had to hold for partial suspension. My suggestion is to test both of these and see if a tree or a a door would be better for you.

If your rope is long enough you could even tie it to the door knob on the other side to make it even more secure.

If you have a door with a door viewer you can detach the viewer and pull your rope trough the hole, then tie it to the doorknob on the other side. It should hold just fine.
Just a thought, that's what I'll be doing for my test run.
