Even nutmeg can be poisonous. A friend of mine once used too much of it in her meal and had serious stomach ache. I don't know if she was allergic to it.

Nutmeg can get you high and taking one spoon of cinnamon is a torture (I once tried it for fun with a friend)

I did the challenge at work once. It sucks. Takes forever to get the taste out. It sticks in your teeth all day. Very difficult to remove. Day is ruined. They need to tell everybody how dumb and awful it is and never to try it.

This seems to be a very bad method. The little boy was probably full-concious in seizures until his brain went numb from the lack of air :(

It's like Full-Suspension without the pressure on the neck :(

Never fucking do this. You don't have enough saliva to wet a spoonful of cinnamon; as a result, you'll start to choke. While you're gasping and coughing, you aspirate it into your lungs.

That's why this little boy died. Once you suck enough of a substance like cinnamon into your lungs, there's essentially nothing that can be done. Lungs can't be lavaged and suctioned like stomachs can.

That story makes me really sad. Could've happened to anyone.
