I just searched for this, and couldn't believe there is something you can't order from China. By looking at their ideology it would seem like that they would sell/do anything to get "ahead". It seems we need a new blood. We are relying on PPEH for info (group of 60, 70 year olds). Also they rarely speak English in Asia, so it's very hard to connec't. There has to be at least 10 to 1 suppliers ratio, comparing China to the rest of the world.
I am very sorry and blame myself for not buying N from J when it was sold. Then I had no such opportunity. I would very much like to again someone from China began to sell in the powder form. It is cheaper and delivery is fast to my country from China, and it is safer.

It's just a case of finding the right people. Have you tried searching on the dark web to see if you can find any vendors?
Do I only have to install Tor browser and regullary search? But how do you know they are going to deliver. If we could find a middleman like in the movie Hangover where they use monkey to deliver money to dealer and product to buyer. I offered suppliers up to 10 times asking price if could arrange 100% delivery. They don't wanna do it, not because it's not possible, but it is because they do not have the product.
There are a few vendors on wallst and other marketplaces, however I haven't tested any of them yet and can't tell you if they are legit or not. However you still have escrow to fall back, in case someone tries to scam you.
Maybe you can try and ask in the forums of wallst and get invites to the good marketplaces or information if there are sellers from China.
Wallst have been sized by LE after exit scamming. Only empire and nightmare very reliable but I don't know if they sell it. Try and find a seller who uses escrow and make sure to encrypt your personal info using pgp
