Changing back to SN

Since i couldn't find a roof access of a tall building i will be changing back to SN.
ill use
Propranolol - 400 mg
Metroclopramide - 30 mg
Ondansetron - 8 mg
Cimetidine - 800 mg
40 minutes before drinking SN

35 grams of SN and another 20 grams as a back up in a second cup.

i wanna try the SN first, should i try like half a gram to know if its working?

Propranolol comes in 40 mg pills, so i should take 10 pills of this heart medicine? if i survived wouldn't my heart be fucked up?

I think the propranolol usefulness is in question and is currently no longer recommended at least according to the 2022 PPeH. It's my understanding that a dose that high can also cause lasting damage should you survive.

I have propranolol but don't think I'll be using it with the SN.

i'll use 5x40mg only just to make me fall asleep as well as help with the tachycardia. I'm using Inderal brand, 5x max after all after trying 1x40mg i already fast fell asleep

Please don't test it- people have still ended up going to hospital and then the psyche ward after even a small amount. The blood test seems like a good idea- although- personally, I wouldn't open it until I was ready to use it.

It's up to you of course at the end of the day- if you are determined to test it but I would say- research some of the tests and failed attempts here- so you know what you're in for. It seems too risky to me.

I only suggest because you want the backup glass to be the same dosage as your main glass.

I wanted to get xanax and pop 2 pills to ease my SI, but the dealers don't have it, any good substitute?

Are you sure it's a reliable source from Amazon? I hear of people that have tried it from Amazon and it's not worked. Plus its over 3 years old. The seller from IC has a 3 year use by date and says you shouldn't use it after 3 years. I'd buy new SN from IC, if I were you

I wouldn't risk it. I trust the IC seller who told me 'beyond the expiry, the effectiveness dramatically decreases'

Why 35 grams? 25 is the recommended

I would just say that propranolol is to reduce heart rate. Is there a reason for not just taking a clinical dose?
I'd also be very interested to know the thinking behind the increase in the recommended SN dose, as well as adding ondansetron and cimetidine as well?

I asked today, the guy from the pharmacy said it's on the market and got saturday a full restock because it's an essential medication thats works best, I got myself one today. I saw that too in the Internet that they apparently tried to pull it of the market but the pharmacy guy said there is no real information from the wholesale nor from the producer itself they atleast in germany get told relatively early if they pull something from the market.

You are right, I have also lost faith in that table now because it conflicts with both @littlelady774's formula as well as what the PPeH recommends. I even got it removed from my old Advice on Oral Overdosing topic because I don't want people using that table as a guide and accidentally underdosing.

Sadly my post of the table here was some days before I found out about @littlelady774's formula and realised the table wasn't reliable at all. X___x I advise everyone reading this topic to ignore the table I posted above.

I've been doing my research as best I can with searching past posts, goodbye threads, etc. I know because of my weight, 36.5g is a lot, so sourcing meto is essential to keep it down.
