Call me psychotic or paranoid but I always have fear and hate of any Human Resources department and now I have the expectation of being cut off my job in any moment
I studied Literature in my college and did Spanish classes
But anyway I'm frustrated in my area and I wonder if changing career is an option for recovery
Because I think I fucked up to study that bullshit instead a more common degree
But I don't know what to start
Bakery, programming, supermarket, whatever
I feel failure with my family because of that
At the same time I think they love me
But I always feel the black sheep
Now one of you has changed of professional path radically and worked?
I'm 25 by the way

I'm trying to, but it's difficult. There must be something really wrong with me because everyone will dismiss me after an interview. I'm on the point of giving up

Can you tell us a bit more about how you did it? Perhaps share some tips? I don't know about the others, but I'm desperate

I am a bit older and I have done a lot of odd jobs in really varied fields.
Restaurant workers were killed so much by the pandemic it was horrible.
No harm in just trying things out and seeing if you like them. It's important not to base our sense of humanity or identity around how we make money I think.
CDL drivers are in high demand these days just as a side note.

Your best best is probably trade school, so that you receive a "proper" skill that will be valuable both now and in the future, and so that you can have the privilege applying for specific jobs that applicants, who don't have the same education as you, can't apply. This means that receiving an education that leads to "simple jobs" is not a long-term education.

I'm guessing that bakery is a good option.

Yes, do it. I didn't quit but got fired, I think my boss saw I was miserable, (and also rebelling quite a bit). It was a healthcare related work, and the patients seemed to like me ok, but I got so bitter I just couldn't find a way to stop criticising my bosses.

The day I got fired I felt like I had wings and could fly, like I had been released form a prison.

What I find important however is to recognise the things that made you unhappy and don't bargain your wellbeing for finding a job fast. Take your time, have your needs and priorities straight. Don't be afraid to let everyone know what you need.
There is a saying- if you truly know that you want, the world will make it happen for you. It certainly did for me.
It didn't make my depression go away entirely, but its about 75% better!
