I know there was thread on this some time ago, but doesnt seem fully resolved. Maybe thats just my lack of understanding, so apologies.

PPH says cardiac switch can assist with SN protocol. Aware that A and propranolol have opposing actions. So does a CSw help or hinder?

Current D-DMA or D-DMP in MAID has D taken 30mins out. And most people are now going with benzos a little before SN, maybe 5mins prior. So would a protocol with D @ -30min, D and A @ -5min (or D, A, P??) be helpful?

Maybe it creates more likelihood of vomiting? But also PPH does say it ensures success.

Keen for thoughts.
