Carbon Monoxide CO Calibration Gas

Will this type of carbon monoxide work with a gas mask?

I don't think so. A lot of the calibration gasses are mixtures with very little CO in them. I see ones for 60 ppm and 100 ppm, but those amounts are too small— way less than half a percent.
