• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I feel like this would be the cheapest, easiest, most painless way to go. I'm sort of giddy to try it which is demented given the subject matter.

I have a CPAP machine which I use for sleep. I'm thinking about modifying it. Instead of using my mask, attaching an exit bag to the end and burning incense or charcoal. This would hopefully be relaxing and I could drift off to sleep. Not sure I should do this in my house since my family has me on suicide watch and I'd be buying a one-way ticket to the funny farm if I fail.

How do I overcome the effects of CO? Take an aspirin for the headaches? Would Tylenol or benzos help? We're in a dry county and I can't get alcohol, unfortunately.

(This should probably be in the CO megathread but I dunno how to post there so forgive me.)

I don't think incense is going to produce anywhere near the concentration of CO you will need - it would probably just make you sick.

Damn. Can't anything be easy?

What about charcoal? I'm afraid it'll produce too much smoke and heat tho. I'll make sure to have the smoke detectors unplugged.

With any method, and especially CO poisoning, there are a number of variables that need to be addressed. Otherwise, just winging it will put you at high risk of having all of the problems you have now, only compounded by possible brain and organ damage.

If you think about it, that's kind of a good thing. Ctb is such a huge decision, and one that cannot be reversed. It should never be attempted impulsively.

However, that said, if you have reasonably come to the conclusion that you feel this is what's best for you, it should not be difficult to study and put some effort in to your due diligence of proven protocols that put the odds in your favor. If you do not have the motivation or drive to that, most likely you are experiencing doubts which is your subconscious telling you that maybe such a drastic and permanent decision is not what's best at this point in time.

There are several reports here of people who have made an effort to follow protocol, but maybe neglected a step or 2 here or there. This obviously resulted in a failed attempt.

If you are serious about this, you need to study the resource section and the CO megathread.

I wish you the best.
