Can't upload video clips

I'm having difficulty uploading standard web friendly video clips (mp4).

After the file uploads, I immediately get a notice saying "Oops, we ran into some trouble".

Is there a size limit? I tried uploading a file that was 30 mb.

Please advise, thanks in advance.
