I know where to get antiemetics off the internet but I can't private message yet so.... Well you can fast before taking SN. That and you can take Prilosec and randitine. Should help somewhat.

It's not my method so I don't really know, but I think the best thing to do is to wait a little, lockdown usually end fast, Max a month, meanwhile you can check eBay if they selling it.
The only thing that worked for me is to go to a doctor, 5 minutes and I was out with prescription.

I think you will have an increased risk of vomiting. With just SN all you can do is fast and take the recommended amount per Stans guide.
It's better if you could wait a bit and get the other items. It will be less risky and probably make you more comfortable.

You can take SN without antiemetics and still succeed, many people have taken it without antiemetics and succeeded. I will take it without antiemetics too because it's hard to get them

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, and I do agree with others to wait rather than risking taking it without anti-emetics. Since getting SN could be difficult (may be easy for some people), it might be better to have anti-emetics as an added insurance. Either way, it's up to you to decide whether you are going through or waiting until the lockdown ends.

Not sure of your location but in the UK I know people who used buccastem which they bought OTC at a chemist so if they have similar in your Country or maybe tell them you are suffering from migraine and keep being sick and can't keep anything down they may give you something similar. You are allowed to leave the house to collect medication.
