Does anyone else find themselves socially isolating because they can't feel anything?
If someone says a joke, I can't find it funny. If they say something others are interested in, I don't care. If they ask me a question, I give what I believe to be the most "acceptable" answer. My brain doesn't respond in any positive or negative way so it feels pointless to have conversations.
More than pointless, it feels burdensome. But every day I show up to my college having to scrape through pleasantries when I just want to CTB. I want to die so bad yet all my classmates seem so happy. Some of them ask me what I want to do in January after we finish. I have to make up an answer because I don't actually have any work lined up (nor do I know if my mental health will hold up long enough to finish the semester) and I'm planning on dying by then.
