can't fall back asleep

this is a nightmare. i can't go back to be unaware i have to feel every second of misery from this early time of the day. i want to be held but it's never going to happen.

I understand, it can be a dreadful feeling when you cannot get back to sleep. Sleep can be the one way to escape this horrible existence. I hope to fall asleep and never wake, I am tired of waking up, I want no more days. I'm sorry you are going through this, I wish you the best.
