Help Can't eat

My appetite has been nonexistent for at least two months now. I used to weigh 110-111 now I'm 102lbs. I just can't seem to stomach anything at all, I can manage liquids so I drink a lot of water and I'll try to make some soup for dinner. But it feels like my stomach itself got smaller too, I can feel it. It feels like it's being squeezed constantly. I can hear gas moving in it sometimes so I try to drink tea but this morning it made me puke....I just can't eat any solid without feeling nauseous

Did you see a doctor ? Is it because of your depression or maybe a medication side effect ?

I've only taken two doses so I don't think so. It could be psychological but then what do I do about that?
Honestly not being able to eat is making me feel like kms. It feels like my body is punishing me for not finishing the job so it's doing it on it's own. Maybe I should listen
