I can't do this anymore. I see no point in living. I thought I was better I mean I'm in rehab intensive therapy and I still feel like shit!! I can't do it I'm so tired. I'm killing myself tonight. Self strangulation.

For further information my method is to get highly intoxicated and tie a bag around my head basically with a rubber band until I go to sleep I've tested it out before and it definitely works I don't know why I haven't done it yet but yeah.
