But I can tell you no doctor now is going to five those to you with the way the laws are now a days unless you're in severe pain. My friend saved all of hers and used them in assisting her suicide but she took a lot of other strong pain meds and sedatives. I don't know how you would get these patches on the street but you need a lot.

Can you ask the addict who supplied the heroin to you if he or she could show you how to use it? That is my first recommendation. Offer to share some in exchange for teaching you. IDK. That would be my first move. I would prefer heroin or fentanyl OD over hanging anyway. Not sure if smoking heroin would result in an OD simile to injecting.

Yeah, be careful, sweetly, when buying drugs of the street, H is most certainly stretched with something else which might let you end up as a brain dead veggies. I can't possibly imagine why H should be stretched with F. More likely with strychnine, a rat poison. Really, be careful, I'vehadenough.
