Are you allowed to cover up with a jacket or undershirt? I've had this problem wearing uniform shirts with sleeves that are too short. I haven't had anyone from my previous jobs say anything about my scars but I can't speak for fresh cuts.

How spread out and deep are the cuts? I'd suggest a large knee bandaid if they are close enough together.

I would suggest just not acknowledging them. If you can, cover. If not, just don't point them out. In a professional work setting, nobody should ask you about them.

best thing you can do is hide them, unfortunately
when i got a part time position at FYE i had to wear a cardigan or long sleeve under my uniform
but like someone else suggested, if placements are super close maybe a large bandaid could suffice!

For the time being, undershirts are generally acceptable to wear as other people have mentioned. In the future, you might consider a different area than your arms. When I did SH it was usually on the upper thighs, very easily hidden.

If it's not a looks-based job, then refusing to hire a qualified candidate because they have scars would be considered discrimination. However, it can be difficult to prove.
