I'm sure you could find them, particularly in major metropolitan cities. However, many landlords have sealed their patio doors shut in response to suicides there or elsewhere. I have heard that a few insurance companies have required property owners/managers that rent out their units to implement barriers of some sort to prevent or make a suicide very difficult… whether it's a locked door, a fence of some sort, etc.
