I want to die today. I've been trying to find SN but the places I've looked don't ship to residences and/or take too long. I'm planning on taking a bottle of acetaminophen (Tylenol) and drinking a can of beer. I've never drank before so I'm hoping combining the two will take me out. What do you think?

It is well known that acetominophin can seriously damage your kidneys and could leave you needing kidney dialysis for the rest of your life in a worst case scenario, but it is very unlikely to resuly in ctb. PLease do not rush into methods you don't know about, because you can seriously damage your health without ctb, which will only make your life much worse. If you want to ctb to achieve peace, please research methods carefully first.

You will not die from taking a bottle of acetaminophen with a can of beer. You might require a liver transplant afterward, though.

Why is it you want to die?

You won't die but you will wish you had. It can cause liver failure and that would mean a liver transplant. Bad bad way to go. I've taken care of patients like this and do not recommend it.
